1. The exchange of purchased items within three (3) days from the purchase date
will be allowed. No exchange outside the two-day period.
* In the unlikely event of a sudden price drop within the two-day exchange period,
the returned item will be valued at the current market price.
2. Guidelines in returning a product for exchange or service warranty
a. Wherein applicable, only products that have their complete packaging, CD¡¯s
accessories and manuals in pristine condition will be honored
b. The Company will not honor consumable items(e.g. ink).
c. The Company will not accept responsibility for damaged items. i.e. dented,
burnt, or with tempered warranty stickers
d. The Company reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when deemed
necessary
3. Warranty Limitations:
a. Products that has been mishandled, abused, modified or altered, neglected,
improperly integrated or with defaced serial number and stickers
b. Physical damage/breakage (e.g. burnt, dent, crack, chipped corners, etc)
4. Defective products still under the warrant period with no available stock for
replacement may be upgraded provided that the customer pays for the upgrade amount.
The warranty sticker of the old model however, will be carried over to the upgraded
model.
